We are having a Bible conference at chruch and me and my friend Dawn decided to sing a duet. Well we practiced and practiced and I worked so hard to get all the notes correct. I worked so hard that I never even thought about what I was singing. Well in the middle of singing at the conference it hit me. I kept going but geez it was hard. People told us that we did better than we ever did. But geez what a song to sing. This is what we sang
Precious memories, unseen angels,Sent from somewhere to my soul; How they linger, ever near me,And the sacred past unfold.
ChorusPrecious memories, how they linger,How they ever flood my soul;In the still ness of the midnight,Precous, sacred scenes unfold.
Precious father, loving mother,Fly across the lonely years; And old homescenes of my childhood,In fond memory appears.
ChorusPrecious memories, how they linger,How they ever flood my soul;In the still ness of the midnight,Precous, sacred scenes unfold.
In the stillness of the midnight,Echoes from the past I hear;Old time singing, gladness bringing,From that lovely land somewhere.
ChorusPrecious memories, how they linger,How they ever flood my soul;In the still ness of the midnight,Precous, sacred scenes unfold.
As I travel on life's pathway,Know not what the years may hold;As I ponder, hope grows fonder,Precious memories flood my soul.
ChorusPrecious memories, how they linger,How they ever flood my soul;In the still ness of the midnight,Precous, sacred scenes unfold.

Oh my goodness! That must have been really tough. Only God could have gotten you through that one for sure.
